We transformed an empty shell space into a fully built-out cigar lounge starting from a white box. The project included constructing a custom small bar to enhance the guest experience, complete with stylish finishes and functional design. Additionally, we installed a specialized exhaust system featuring an AAON unit, engineered to continuously remove smoke and humidity while cycling in fresh, conditioned air. This system ensures optimal air quality and a comfortable, inviting atmosphere tailored to the unique needs of a cigar bar.
