Located in the esteemed Shops at Clear Fork in Fort Worth, this project showcases our commitment to delivering quality results in prominent locations. Working with Simon Properties, a respected developer known for their high standards, we transformed the former TGI Fridays into a warm and inviting countryside-inspired dining space.
The complete renovation included a full gut of the existing interior, installation of a brand-new kitchen, bar, and restrooms, and polished and stained concrete floors. To enhance the guest experience, we also added a 1,200 sq. ft. patio, creating an inviting outdoor area that complements the elevated atmosphere of Clear Fork.
