The scope included building custom framing and platforms to accommodate multiple set pieces, installing specialized lighting grids for studio-grade illumination, and integrating advanced AV equipment and wiring for seamless production.
Key elements included high-quality finishes, such as sound-absorbing panels to optimize acoustics, durable flooring for heavy equipment, and custom millwork to match the branding and aesthetics of NBC. Additionally, glass partitions and movable walls were installed to provide flexibility for different set configurations.
The project also required HVAC adjustments to ensure a climate-controlled environment for both talent and equipment, along with meticulous attention to fire safety, accessibility, and cable management. Every detail was executed with precision to meet the demands of live and recorded television production while delivering a polished, professional look.
